Aussie models and social media moguls, Laura Henshaw and Steph Claire Smith, have re-launched their new and improved Keep it Cleaner program. The fitness and lifestyle program was discontinued in September after the duo separated with Loup, who initially ran Keep it Cleaner.
The Keep it Cleaner (KIC) program began in 2017. Smith and Henshaw are both experienced models in the industry, and had both struggled with body image issues and eating disorders in the past. Using their own personal experiences, the pair started KIC with the intention to help young girls live a healthy, full life, and love the skin they’re in. The initial program featured daily meal plans, workouts, meditations, and blog posts. Participants paid $19.50 a month for all these features, as well as access to an exclusive Facebook community.
The new Keep it Cleaner launched last night, with the website soon crashing due to the volume of people attempting to sign up. The program was announced with a minute long video on Instagram, advertising the new features:

The new program is in a similar layout to its predecessor. A weekly planner gives girls daily meal plans, workouts, and advice columns. The program will now, however, be available on an app available from November 1st. The app will feature the planner, as well as a period tracker, workout tracking device, and it is expanding upon its workout repertoire. Participants will still be able to take up boxing, HIIT, running, and strength workouts, as per the original KIC site. Yoga and pilates are also available as a new addition, as well as a new and improved running program. A new Facebook community has also been set up for KIC girls to share their goals, achievements, queries and advice.
The launch was not without its obstacles, however. The initial release date was set for Monday the 15th of October, but the website failed to launch while Henshaw and Smith’s team continued to work on it. This did not bother fans, however, as they waited patiently for the release.
Subscriptions will still be $19.50 a month, with a free trial available for girls who sign up within the first two weeks.
